You do not need a PayPal account to purchase in this way.
Sales tax of 8% is charged for orders shipped to NY state.
Orders are shipped within the US by USPS Media Mail (2 - 7 business days)
or USPS Priority Mail (2 - 3 business days).
International orders are shipped USPS International Priority Mail
(up to 10 - 15 business days, though Canada is much faster).

After you click on the "buy now" button and
are taken to the PayPal web page, in the lower left of the page see the text,
"Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account
(where available)." and click on the blue underlined "continue"
